We are based in Torbay Devon in the UK but we ship worldwide!

We appreciate that postage and packing costs can add up, so we keep things as cheap as possible for our customers:

All items are securely packaged  in 100% recyclable or biodegradable packaging to ensure quality.

Within the U.K. items are posted 1st class delivery.

There is a discount on combined postage for those customers interested in buying several of our designs.

We regularly ship our designs worldwide and guarantee that our postage prices to Europe and the Rest of the World cannot be beaten. As our items are high quality and that little bit more expensive than standard non organic items we ship our items with TRACKING for your peace of mind

Shipping within the UK takes 2-4 days

Europe is 5-7 days

USA/Canada 7-10 days

Rest of World 10 days

We will mark you item as a gift for customs purposes, but we cannot except responsibility for additional import costs associated with ordering from overseas.

EXCHANGES

We do provide all the sizing information for each product, but we understand that nothing quite beats trying a garment for fit. If you would like to exchange your order for another size or a different design, then please notify our team at sales@hopesow.com and await further instruction on returning your purchase to us. 

Any return postage charges are to be covered by the customer and we recommend using recorded delivery because we cannot accept any liability for the safe delivery of items being returned to us.

REFUNDS

If your order arrives, and you change your mind – please notify our team at sales@hopesow.com within 14 days of receiving it and you will be told what address to return it to.

Provided that your item is returned to us in the saleable condition in which it arrived, we will process your refund for the garment as soon as possible. If we receive email notification of your desire to cancel an order before it has been dispatched; we will of course refund you the whole amount of our payment including any shipping costs.

IF WE GET IT WRONG

All of our orders are processed by hand with care and attention, but we are still human and mistakes happen from time to time.

In the rare instance that a customer receives an incorrect item, they should notify us at sales@hopesow.com as soon as possible. After receiving a heartfelt apology from us, the customer must then return the incorrect item to us (we’ll refund your postage for this of course!). Once we have received this, we will then dispatch the correct item to you.

All our stock is high quality and thoroughly checked for any faulty or damaged items. Each item is then checked again before it is dispatched to our customers. In the unlikely instance that a customer receives a faulty item, we will gladly replace or refund the item as soon as possible and of course; cover /refund any additional postage cost incurred.
